Our services include in-home assessments, sorting and organization, space planning, and coordination with local donation and recycling partners.

3. Permitted Use of Website and Services

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

Once you engage our services, we will provide a transparent hourly fee structure and detailed estimate of time required. Service delivery timelines depend on the scope of work, the volume of items, and your decision-making pace. We do not rush sorting or decision-making processes; our goal is sustainable, thoughtful organization tailored to your needs and values.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Clarity Index website—including text, photographs, diagrams, case study narratives, and organizational frameworks—is the intellectual property of Clarity Index or our licensed partners. You may view and print this content for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission. This includes our diagnostic methodology, before-and-after documentation, and client case studies (which are shared with client consent only).

6. Client Confidentiality and Photography

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your home and personal circumstances. Any photographs taken during our work are used only with your explicit written consent. Client names, identifying details, and specific addresses are never shared publicly without permission. Case studies published on our website are either anonymized or shared only with the client's full knowledge and agreement. You have the right to request that no photographs be taken during your service engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Index provides organizing and decluttering services on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of personal items, sentimental value disputes, or regret over decisions made during the organizing process

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Disclaimers

Clarity Index is not responsible for:

• The final disposition of items donated or recycled through our partner networks. We provide information about local donation routes and recycling facilities, but we do not guarantee that items will be used, sold, or processed in any specific way.
• Tax, legal, or financial consequences of donating or discarding items. We recommend consulting with a tax professional or legal advisor if you have concerns about deductions or estate matters.
• The structural integrity of your home, the safety of stored items, or pre-existing damage to your space. We work within the existing conditions of your home and do not perform repairs or renovations.
• Emotional or psychological responses to the organizing process. While we approach our work with sensitivity, sorting through personal items can be emotionally challenging; we encourage clients to seek support from family or professionals as needed.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a consultation fee. Once service work has begun, refunds are not available; however, you may pause or modify the scope of work by discussing your concerns with us directly. If you are unsatisfied with our diagnostic assessment or initial recommendations, we welcome your feedback and will work to address your concerns before proceeding to paid services.

10. Local Partnerships and Donation Routes

We coordinate with local donation centers, recycling facilities, and charitable organizations in the Marmara Region to ensure responsible disposition of items. We provide clients with detailed information about where their items will go, including specific addresses and drop-off procedures. However, we do not guarantee that specific items will be accepted by any particular organization, as acceptance depends on condition, demand, and facility policies. We always offer multiple options and discuss trade-offs with you before proceeding.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or engagement of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey. Before initiating formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss and resolve any concerns. We are committed to transparent communication and fair resolution of disputes.
